Just mount the sucker either directly in DOSbox, mount it in a virtual drive and dump it to a folder for ScummVM, or just leave it there to pad your drive out and pretend you play games to look like you actually care about /vr/ and aren't just denying that /v/ is pure shit now.
Remember, the directory for direct mount is root:\DOTT\TENTACLE.EXE, or just run DOTT.EXE from the root of the BIN.
